• All prices are displayed in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• Prices may change without prior notice. The price at the time of order confirmation is final.
• We accept payments through Koko (3-installment plan) and Payzy (up to 4-installment plan). By using these services, you agree to their respective terms and conditions.
• Orders are processed only after successful payment confirmation.

4. Order Processing & Delivery

• Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. This does not guarantee stock availability.
• If an item is out of stock after your order, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
• Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on location. UMR Technologies is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers.

5. Warranty & Product Conditions

• Brand New products come with the manufacturer's standard warranty.
• Used/Refurbished products are covered under our limited store warranty as stated on the individual product listing.
• Warranty claims must be made with proof of purchase from umrtechnologies.lk.
