At UMR Technologies, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please read our Refund & Return Policy carefully before placing an order.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:

  • The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
  • You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.
  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The product is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories, manuals, and receipts.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Please review this list carefully before requesting a return. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.
  • Items with broken seals (software, thermal paste, etc.).
  • Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or negligence.
  • Used/Refurbished products (unless defective on arrival — must be reported within 48 hours).
  • Gift Cards — non-refundable and non-transferable.
  • Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.

3. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your order.
  2. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item.
  3. Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
  4. If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.

Note: Do not return items without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.

4. Refund Processing

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Koko, or Payzy reversal, as applicable).
  • Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.

5. Exchange Policy

  • If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, we will process the exchange subject to stock availability.
  • Exchanges for a different product are subject to price differences being settled before dispatch.

6. Warranty Claims

Warranty-related issues after the 7-day return window should be directed to the respective manufacturer for Brand New products. For Used/Refurbished products, please contact our support team as the store warranty applies.
