1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
- The item was received in a damaged or defective condition.
- You received the wrong item compared to what was ordered.
- The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.
- The product is in its original packaging, unused, and includes all accessories, manuals, and receipts.
2. Non-Returnable Items
Please review this list carefully before requesting a return. Items that do not meet these criteria will not be accepted.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been used, assembled, or installed.
- Items with broken seals (software, thermal paste, etc.).
- Products damaged due to customer misuse, accidents, or negligence.
- Used/Refurbished products (unless defective on arrival — must be reported within 48 hours).
- Gift Cards — non-refundable and non-transferable.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions.
3. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact us via our Contact Page within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or videos of the defect or incorrect item.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 2–3 business days.
- If approved, we will provide instructions on how to return the item.
Note: Do not return items without prior approval. Unapproved returns may not be accepted.
4. Refund Processing
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bank transfer, Koko, or Payzy reversal, as applicable).
- Shipping costs for returns are borne by the customer unless the return is due to our error.
5. Exchange Policy
- If you wish to exchange a defective item for the same product, we will process the exchange subject to stock availability.
- Exchanges for a different product are subject to price differences being settled before dispatch.
6. Warranty Claims
Warranty-related issues after the 7-day return window should be directed to the respective manufacturer for Brand New products. For Used/Refurbished products, please contact our support team as the store warranty applies.
